We thank you for your interest and, while giving you a warm welcome, we would like to inform you of the rules of our CAVOUR SUITE LUXURY.

The Property is, above all, the residence of many guests who have chosen to stay here; we therefore kindly ask you to respect it and treat it with the same care as you would your own home.

For the purpose of peaceful coexistence, we ask you to observe not only the rules set by law but also those dictated by simple common sense and mutual respect.

CAVOUR SUITE LUXURY reserves the right to amend these regulations for operational reasons by posting the updates within the Property and publishing them on the CAVOUR SUITE LUXURY website (www.cavoursuiteluxury.it).

These Regulations are an integral part of the Booking Form; for all cases not explicitly mentioned, the applicable regulations, good taste and common sense shall apply in the interest of all.

CAVOUR SUITE LUXURY IS FULLY AVAILABLE TO ASSIST GUESTS WITH ANY NEED, IN ORDER TO MAKE THEIR STAY AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE.


INTERNAL REGULATIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1.1 The Regulations of the accommodation facility CAVOUR SUITE LUXURY are established to ensure a uniform, orderly, peaceful, and pleasant use of the Property for everyone. These rules constitute a contractual agreement between CAVOUR SUITE LUXURY and the Guest; therefore, the request to stay and the acceptance of such request by CAVOUR SUITE LUXURY implies full acceptance of these Regulations.
1.2 All guests must comply with the Internal Regulations, available within the Property and on the website.
1.3 Failure to comply with the Regulations or with instructions issued by the Management may result in the guest being removed from the Property, being charged for extra costs, and being reported to national and international tourism organizations, as well as to Public Authorities if the violation may be deemed a criminal offense.
1.4 Guests must also comply with all notices posted in the areas belonging to or connected with the Property.
1.5 Parents (or legal guardians) are fully responsible for the actions of their minor children within the Property and must supervise them, ensuring respectful behavior toward others, especially concerning silence and the proper use of equipment provided. Any activity that may disturb other guests is prohibited.
1.6 Behavior by adults and minors is contractually relevant. Any violation of these rules or common standards of civilized conduct may, at the unquestionable judgement of the Management, result in the immediate termination of the contract and removal from the Property within 5 hours. All sums already paid may be retained, and any additional damages may be charged.
1.7 By accepting hospitality in the Property, the Guest also accepts to comply with the Property’s Safety Authority, which is required to respect Italian law and commonly accepted principles of courtesy.
1.8 The Management may modify these Regulations at any time; the updated version will be available inside the Property.


PERSONAL DATA:

  1. Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, guests’ personal data are processed both digitally and manually for tax purposes (issuing receipts, registering data, etc.) and for providing the requested service.

  2. Before arrival, guests will be asked to upload their ID document through a link sent via email or WhatsApp. The information will then be transmitted to the Police Authorities for mandatory registration.


1. BOOKING

  1. For information, guests may contact the Property via email at info@cavoursuiteluxury.it, through the website form, at +39 351 8301209, or via booking platforms.

  2. The booking request must include: apartment type, name, surname, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, children’s ages, phone number, and email. Please also indicate your estimated arrival time.

  3. Confirmation deposit: for direct bookings, a 30% deposit is required via bank transfer to the following IBAN: IT93V0707202411000000150105 – Swift/BIC: ICRAITRRTS0 – Emilbanca.

The deposit must include booking details (name, contact, dates, number of guests, apartment type, and services). The deposit is non-refundable if the guest does not show up.

— In case of no-show, the guest must pay the full amount of the reserved services.
— For direct bookings, the full balance must be paid in advance as agreed.
— The booking is confirmed only after receipt of the deposit or valid credit card details.
— Rates are per night, regardless of check-in time.
— The agreed stay plan remains valid throughout the entire stay.

ROOM ONLY: includes only the use of the apartment. Extra services may be requested and will be evaluated accordingly.


2. BOOKING CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

2.1 No refund is provided in the event of delayed arrival, transport issues, personal reasons, or early departure.
2.2 Early departures require payment of the full remaining stay (Art. 1385–1386 Civil Code).
2.3 For cancellations, the entire deposit and/or the full amount (depending on booking conditions) will be charged.


3. BALANCE PAYMENT

3.1 The stay must be paid in full before or upon arrival, including tourist tax and extras.
4.1 Receipt: must be requested at least 1 day before departure.
4.3 Undeclared guests: any non-registered person found in the apartment will be charged an additional 40% of the daily rate and may be reported to the authorities.
4.4 Damage charges: guests are responsible for damages caused by them or by those under their supervision. Missing linen will be charged to the credit card.


5. ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN)

5.1 Check-in: 14:30–19:00.
Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
From 20:30 to 07:00 (Sun 20:30 to 08:00), access is through an automatic gate using the digital code provided.
5.2 Guests must show valid ID (including minors).
5.3 Minimum age to rent: 18 years. Minors must present written authorization and a copy of the parent’s ID.
5.4 Public Security registration is mandatory (Art. 109 P.S. Law). Failure to comply requires us to deny hospitality.
5.7 Digital access codes will be provided after full payment, registration, and tourist tax settlement.


6. RULES DURING THE STAY

CLEANING: garbage must be disposed of in proper bins. Extra cleaning is available at a fee.
LINEN: changes are upon request and subject to a surcharge. Removing linen from the Property is prohibited.
BEHAVIOR: guests must maintain respectful conduct at all times.

— Avoid noise at all hours.
— Adults are responsible for children.
— Do not slam doors.
— Treat the apartment as your own home.
— Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
— Smoking inside the Property
— Drugs
— Loud voices, yelling, slamming doors
— Using personal high-powered devices or appliances
— Heating baby meals in the room (kitchen available on request)

Electrical outlets are Italian type.


7. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

The Management is not responsible for damage due to power outages or surges. Only approved devices may be used.

Quiet hours: 14:00–16:00 and 23:30–08:00.


8. PETS

Pets are not allowed.


9. INTERNET

Wi-Fi is free; access password will be provided.


11. POWER/WATER OUTAGES

The Management accepts no responsibility for interruptions caused by suppliers.


12. SMOKING / FIRES

Smoking, candles, flames, and burning items are strictly prohibited inside the apartments.


13. MEDICAL / INFECTIOUS DISEASES

Emergency numbers are listed at the entrance.
Infectious diseases must be reported at the time of booking.


14. VALUABLES

A safe is available inside the Property.

Always lock the door and close windows before leaving.


RESPONSIBILITY

The Management is not responsible for loss, theft, weather-related damages, natural events, epidemics, or vehicle damage. No compensation will be provided for events beyond our control.

Extra services vary depending on the season.
Late check-in fees apply:
— After 19:00 to 22:00: €20
— 22:00 to 00:00: €30
— Until 01:00: €50
— After 01:00: not allowed

Linen change: €20
Towel change: €20
